Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately; if an error is found we will contact you before processing your order.
Orders
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. An order is accepted once payment has been received or confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, and will refund any payment received in that case.
Payment
Available payment options are shown at checkout. For offline payment orders, we will contact you with payment instructions; your order ships after payment is received.
Shipping
We currently ship within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Returns and food safety
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Please read product labels for allergen information before use.
Books sold by third parties
Some books link to third-party retailers (such as Amazon). Those purchases are governed by the retailer’s own terms.
